ever tried to fry food in the oven?

experts say, if its done right you can't tell the difference. Its also less greasy

Yeah I did that once a long time ago. I have forgotten how, but you can look it up on the net. You really couldn't tell the difference and it was less greasy. Its almost like the shake and bake that you get at the stores. I need to start doing that again.

It really is less greasy? I have never tried this before. I may just be curious and do it! I do wonder what it is like..
