I am a science graduate .currently I am pursuing Executive MBA .I have clases at night. I am working at a university affiliated college .Part-Time. I have a log standing and a common problem.I have my classes in the morning and in the evening. But my boss asks me to do something right in the evening. Now the question is 1. If I ignore or say no to my boss He'l be angry and annoyed.2. If I miss classes I 'll be loosing a lot. What should I do or what should I tell my boss so that I'll be doing the class and my boss will not be angry or upset. Help !

I have the same problem. I hate saying no to people especially when it comes to work. I would just explain to him that your classes are very important to you and you can not miss them. If he is going to be a good boss then he has to understand that. You can always find a new job where they will understand.

i think you should tell your boss about your classes.I know it's very important to you,you should not miss them.you must make your boss realize how importat the classes for you.

Worktime is for work, but out of that time is my time.If you worktime is in evening, just choose the day time class. If the evening time is just a addtion for work, you can rejection.
