Occupex referrals, anyone bought them? I need help!!

I bought 15 referrals from Occupex, and I've not received all of them, I only received a few referrals. I know I'm supposed to wait 48 hours. And I've bought them 2 weeks ago.. And I have not received the full amount yet. I have put that post in the forum, I have also emailed them regarding that. And In the email, I also have provided my receipt on buying the 15 referrals. I have not received any reply from them as well. Has anyone bought occupex referrals before? And do you think I should worry? Would it be a scam because they have not replied me and given me my referrals? Please help!!
