How much time do you spend in the office

I am a computer professional. Normally i works for 10-12 hours daily. Every day I thought of coming home early I am stuck. Several time I work for 20+ hours. I am tired. Guys any suggestion?

i think my case is the same as yours. I live in malaysia but i'm working according to houston business hours. more or less I'm a zombie because during CST time, it's night time here in Malaysia.... In your case, if you think you job is killing you, get another job before it ruins you !

Even I have similar situation. Morning I have to be in the office for meeting and other status check and when I plan to leave early some day US wakes up. So it is always somehow got late. Thanks keep posting your valuable responses.

Sounds like you are over-loaded at work. May be, you should think about changing your job. The most I spend time in my office is 8 hours, some days may be an hour more.

I am thinking of changing my job. However now a days it is not easy to manage a job as quickly as before. I appreciate your response
