How do you cook fish broil or fried? whic is more yummy?

When cooking your fish, which you prefer broil or fried.? For me, if it is fresh newly catch, I prefer it for broil, but if, it is already stock on ice I prefer on fried. The taste would differ if fresh or stock on the ref.

I love deep-fried fish, but I don't know how to cook this. So I would usually steam fish (or broil) with minced ginger, sesame oil and light soya sauce, if the fish is very fresh. Or else, baked in oven.

i love to eat seafood, fish is one of my favorites. i will eat any type of fish as long as it taste good. in my own opinion fried would be my favorite though. i think it just taste better when it has breading on it. also i do not like to eat fish with bones in it or skin on it. i just like a fillet that has no skin, bones or brown spots.
