Hi guys has the recent advancements in cricket has changed the face of the the game or has it spoilt the game fully..that too the great Indian Premier League and the recent Champions League which is going to be held from December 3rd..actually i dont understand two things one is there are teams from south africa, australia, pakistan and the two teams from IPL..The first thing is as you would have imagined the three teams which are coming have their own domestic players which they are sending to play with the IPL winners..but only the IPL players have the world class players who have reputations added to their name..how could this be a perfect competition..and the second point is from india's view..how could indian players go and play for the Champions League when they still have the england series running around...how could the Secratary of the Indian cricket board say that if dhoni goes to the final then he will have to play for the chennai super kings and not for the indian test team..

Dear bala I think you should get more information before you express your views.First of all, the champions league is being held in the 10 day gap between the one day and test series and now the BCCI is also considering postponing tha first test further. So Dhoni & Co wont have any problems in playing for their IPL teams.Secondly, the other domestic teams also have big players. For instance, South Africa have Dale Steyn, AB DEvilliers, Albie Morkel, Mornie Morkel.etc.Australis have David Hussey and Pakistan have Shoaib Malik to name a few who I know so far.So the competition is definitely very tough.I also feel that the IPL and Champions League are actually good for cricket because I am sure that none of us would have known about players like Yusuf Pathan, Shaun Marsh, Shane Watson.etc if not for the IPL.

Mr.Andrew i would like you to know that no tour is postponed untill and unless there's an emergency crisis in the country, but india is bending the rules just for their own league and moreover south africa and other countries have only their In-Country players and not players from outside theia country only the IPL Stars have foreign players ..if we have talent let us do with our very own players..why put rajastan royals and have an australian captain..this is really un-acceptable..atleast you can accept the IPL but not the Champions League...

But overall you suppoet IPL and i dont say i'm not but there are some things that needs to be changed and planned well in the future when they are giving exposure to domestic talents why not have domestic coaches and physio's..for example chennai super kings was having kepler wessels from south africa as coach and some new zealander as their team physio..if their point is to give expoure to domestic level people they could have given coaching to an expert who has not proved at international level..i'm not arguing with you MR.Andrews..im jus making you THINK...

Ya Mr.Bala...For your kind information, I did not say that they're postponing the tour I only said that they were considering it and even that has been ruled out so Dhoni will forego the finals if chennai reaches it.Check the news you will get better insight. And why not Champions League?? The fringe players from the domestic teams have praised it because they have no other chance of getting international exposure to prove their talent. And I accept the IPL teams have big stars but that is helpful to the smaller players who need guidance. And who in the world said that the domestic teams dont have foreign players, Murali Karthik from India is coming to play on behalf of his English county side....

i like champions league and ipl. they are very intresting to watch. more over ipl is bring young talent out. we will never know about gony ,dinda, abishek nayar if ipl isn't there. but what i don't like is they are giving to much importance than Indian national cricket. they are even moving India and england test one day backwards so, that dhoni can play champions league final. i was really surprised to see, champions league between england tour. i was disappointed by this decision. this adds lot of pressure on dhoni. adapting to different forms of games just with one day is very difficult. bcci should take care thinks in such a way that these things will not repeat in future.

What yopu have voice is exactly correct ananth..IPL has brought out some new from talents not only from india but also from the whole world..it got australian cricket a great player known as shaun marsh and also helped jayasuriya regain and his form and a place again in sri lankan ODI team..but what is astonishing is the fact that the champions league interfearing in middle of a series..that too letiing the english players stay indoors for 10-12 days..this is not at all fair how can they ignore the english players and go and play the Champions league? i dont really understand this...

england role is very much different. this just mutually understanding between Indian and england. generally we will have 6 day rest in between test matches. 10 days is too long. i am not worried about time in between the match. well, i want to say one point both board of Indian cricket and English cricket board aren't saints. they haven't reached agreement between england playing in ipl. england wants Indian player to play in the t-20 championship which england are starting next year. they are saying that they will allow English players only if Indian players are allowed. which is too harsh. both of them want to stamp their authority and make lots of money on the game. i don't thinks they are very much concerned with players interest and there fitnesses and all rest of things.at the end of the day, money make and break man.....
