Never been marked for best response!

hi marquita, dont feel bad. its the prerogative of the reader if they marked your comments as best response. i am thinking that it is maybe on how you are delivering the thoughts as well as the choice of words. i for one can marked a response the best response if the ideas shared are convincing and acceptable. just keep on posting and sharing your ideas in mylot. it is the purpose of this site by the way. worry not ill try to read and go over your responses to my discussions. be blessed

I have gotten "best response" a few times. I am always happy when I do, but I don't mind when somebody else gets one. Maybe somebody else answered better that time. I always try to do my best in responding no matter what. Sometimes I get rewarded, sometimes I don't. I don't believe that your responses have been bad at all! Sometimes you just never what the original poster is looking for. So, keep right on helping people!

Honestly, I just don't care much if people won't rate my response as best although I always write post with all my best and what I think if the best yet it is also possible that there are other out there that would surpass you. On the other side, this could be affected by the member's personal belief and thinking, so it wouldn't be an assurance and that our best may not be viewed as best by others. So, I just continue doing what I wanted to do and give my best in every post I have and hoping it can fetch some pencil anytime soon.

Getting the BR is nice, but it is NOT the most important thing here!!! A lot of the discussions you responded to have not even given out their BR yet. I didn't get a lot of BRs when I was new either. Maybe you need to notice how people respond that do receive the BR. I have seen 2 responses that said the same thing... one received the BR & the other didn't. Unfortunately, we can only give one at a time. Just being new does not automatically get you a BR. Just do the best you can do & say what your heart tells you to say. The BRs will come with time & experience!!!

Good one.... you openly spoke up.... I never thought about the best response from others..... coz, I believe in "do your duty, automatically you will be rewarded".... if your responses are good and liked by the discussion owner, then no one can stop him by giving the best response award to you....... so, give your best response which should really touch the hear of the discussion owner.........

I have never received a best response either but that is o.k. sometimes, I forget to give a best response too. It is the perogative of the person weho posted to decide the best response. I respons with truth and I expect hat one day someone wil give me a best response. But it doesn't matter if they don't! I am having too much fun mylotting and to me, this - and making new friends is what it is all about. God Bless!

I am sorry to hear that you haven't gotten best response yet. Don't worry, it will come. I dont' start many discussions, but always choose best response. I don't like it when someone chooses best response like one hour after they started the discussion. It doesn't give time for everyone to respond. I always wait a few days before marking best response. I have gotten best response quite a bit. I really don't know why, but it is a nice feeling.

Its ok if you never have been marked best response.Keep posting on mylot.Definitely someone will mark you best response for your quality discussions.Don't feel discouraged.Be active on mylot and you will definitely get your best response.
