i agree with in low grad or middle grade working people but in higher grade people will do nothing and get higher pay.

depends on what the salary is and what the job consists of, I for one know my salary guys are underworked and overpaid lol

i for one know that my salary is not enough to work long hours from 7am til 5pm or 6pm mostly 530pm.i am always there hard to get the days that i want off, by the way i am a housekeeping mamager.
