In our area we have a bulky freighter that comes once every two weeks for big items. Fridges, old furniture ect, then we have a green box where we put our tim cans. paper, and foil, then we have a green lided bin for garden waste and compostables food scraps. Then we have a normal bin which is collected every two weeks, with the green lidded bin and green box the other week.We take our glass to a recycling centre at the local supermarket so we are served quite well , how do you get on with yours.

Aluminum cans and plastic bottles are taken to the recycling center outside the store for cash. We have the separate cans for recycling paper and cardboard as well as one for lawn trimmings and such. If you have a big item like a refrigerator you call the company and tell them it will be out at the curb the next trash day and they send a special truck to pick those things up. Trash pickup is every week

Yes i am doing it. And it really requires us by the council. We have a three different bin for the different rubbish and for bottles and tim cans and for garden rubbish. They should be seggregated according to thier types, if you not follow you having a fines or penalty.
Happy posting.
