On Monday my boss told me to do a research on Second Life because she heard about it and want to write on article. But not wanting to do her work Monday I put it aside for today because on Monday I tends to work in MYLOT for the whole day.lol Anyway I brought one of our daily evenings Newspaper only to see that a lady divorce her husband because he was having an affair in Second Life and she approach him and he told her that the relationship is over because he found his love who is living in U.S.A. Well she was insecure because they both meet each other over the internet so apparently she was afraid of this happening and it did. Now I read up on Second Life and found it to be fascinating. Can you imagine living in the Virtual World, putting yourself to be beautiful, slim and approachable and in the real world you are not. I would think that this would contribute to lack of self esteem. So my question is how many of you are in Second Life and is it really as what persons said it is. Re making money and living the whole life.

It has requirements and the ones that I can remember is: Windows XP and Vista. Your memory should be over 540. Go to www.secondlife.com and view the requirements. If you have neither than you will be unable to download it.

I downloaded it just fine, it just doesn't work. I have all the system requirements. Could my firewall cause a problem?

Sorry that I'm not of any help, but I can't seem to get Second Life to start on my computer. However, I have heard that some people quit their jobs because they are making more money on Second Life than in real life. Then again, they are on Second Life 24/7, so they are pretty much geeks :P
