Desperado, Lord of the Rings, The Rock, Grindhouse, Conan, Terminator, The Wraith, Amelie, Mortal Kombat and anything from Danny Elfman... It's so hard to pick just one.

High Fidelity - great soundtrack, stiff little fingers, beta band, marvin gaye, good tunes. Repo Man - black flag, fear, circle jerks, another good one. Most Quentin Tarantino movies have good ones too.

Some of my favorites are the first three Harry Potter soundtracks, the Lord of the Rings, Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, and Sweeney Todd (the recent film version, not the Broadway one). I also love the Memoirs of a Geisha soundtrack, though I've never seen the film.
