The same price
The small room can only put a bed or so, but it's private place, things can be put in the parlor. The bigger one is connected to the kitchen and twice the size of the smaller one or even bigger. As it can conncet to the shared room, it's not as privacy as the smaller one.
I'm living together with a colleague.
Which one will you choose.I think it's a choice between comfortable and privacy. Well, my colleague chose the bigger one. I'm moving at the end of this month to the smaller room. I'm look forward to that~

Hey lynettebyc,
How are you?
I think I wouldve picked the bigger room as long as it has a lock and also it being connected to the kitched appeals to me.
I love food and to eat thats why so having the kitchen in the next room would make it more convenient and having a bigger room as well.^_^ Though if it has no lock, I really dont mind having a small room that's private since I am a private person also.
Have fun moving in!^_^

I'm pretty fine recently. How's your studies and the outing? Hope you had a good time already.
I can use the kitchen too, we share it. And we have different bedrooms, one big and one small.
Yeah, i love food too, especially those cooking by myself.

Oh! You remembered the outing.^_^ Only few of the class were able to come but still was a lot of fun.
You know how to cook! Im fond of whipping up random desserts but in the actual real cooking as in pots and pans, well,..lets just say I just might burn the whole neighborhood or something.
Would love to learn though.

Yeah, i know a little about cooking, believe me you won't like it. The only reason i thought it's delicious is because it was cooked by myself.
Time seems tight for everybody, it's difficult to gather all the members in a class for a get-together, especially after graduation, so every time we have a reunion, there're no more than 20, i'm quite used to the reality.
Enjoy

If you ask me, I would say that you'd better choose the small one. You colleague and you have already met everyday. It is not good to be so familar with each other. There is a saying here. The distance makes perfect! So, you may have some contradictions if you spend 24 hours together! Take care!

Hi Lyn
How are you doing?
I think, I would go for the smaller room. I can still live large by thinking good, isn't it! I would rather like to keep it simple, with less furniture and more utility stuffs. I am sure I would make it comfortable no matter what.
Good luck!

Think it's large, that's a good way, positive thinking, i'll try it. Personally i think the smaller one is a better choice

Hello lynettebyc. I would like to choose the smaller one for privacy. I think that privacy is more important than anything else. I don't care about the price in that case. Good luck, friend.

Hey, me too. But some may like the bigger becuase of its square meters, i mean the size. But in my opinion, size can't take the place of privacy. A place belong to myself is very enjoyable.

Hi Lynette, Good luck with the move. I think I would have chosen the privacy one too personally although smaller would be more cosy and quieter than a larger one next to the kitchen where people in and out could disturb sleep. Huggles. Ellie :D

Well, we think alike.
After searching for the suitable house for nearly a month, i finally got a place to move in. Well, i wish i could buy a house of my own one day and don't have to move again and again. I moved 3 times within one and a half years. God~

Hi lynettebye,
If you feel you like the smaller room, then I am pleased for you, at least it will be very cosy and I like small rooms myself, because its my little space, so you enjoy.

I like large. Some people like small. I would chose the larger one. I wonder why there were the same price. I would have imagined that the smaller one was less. Or do they put a bonus on privacy?

Because they both have advantages and disadvantages. After balancing, we thought it should be the same price. Yeah, if we don't take privacy into consideration, the smaller one will be cheaper.

Well if you can put all of your stuff in the parlour then I'd probably go for the smaller room. Does the larger room allow people to come right into your bedroom? If not then there shouldn't be an issue with privacy, is there?
I am a private person and if I'm living with someone else I definitely need to know I've got my privacy when I need it. However in saying that, I have so much furniture and stuff for my bedroom that I don't think a small room would be enough.
My current bedroom at home at my parents' is very large, so large in fact that it is in an 'L' shape. I still don't have enough room for all my things!

My choice would be the bigger room mainly because I would feel claustrophobic if in the smaller one and prefer the space of the bigger room...littleowl

Claustrophobic, you might feel depressed when in the small room, yeah, in that case you should and must have the bigger one. I'm wondering is claustrophobic a state of mind, i mean we can conquer it, it's not a physically problem, right?

I would have to go with the larger one. My husband and I packed a lot of our stuff up in storage, and even with that being said, our room is only really big enough to go to bed, and watch a little t.v. in bed in. I am sure I could find a way to have privacy even with the bigger room connecting to another room, so I would definitely get the bigger room, and if I couldn't get privacy there, I'd just go to the bathroom where no one should mess with me!
