my husband's NBI clearance

my husband has started working already and the call center where he got hired required an NBI clearance. the problem was, my husband's name is very common. and he has one first name and a chinese surname. very common. so he had a hit. but thankfully, the hits probably were not criminals and so after two weeks of verification, i was finally able to claim his NBI clearance today ( he couldn't do it because his work is from 8 am to 4 pm and he has no time to go out. anyway, i am just thankful, at least there were no more problems. because i have heard of stories about people who couldn't get their clearances because of multiple hits, and their hits have bad records. how about you? have you encountered the same problem? take care all and God bless you!
