Hi all, every morning we enter the office and a charming smile we see on our colleagues face greeting us "Very Good morning" and every now and then interacting with them may be regarding the work related discussion or a general talk almost spending the entire day with ur colleagues. So how good or bad is it to have relationships with our colleagues??
