Birthday!!!

Yesterday was my birthday! It was a good birthday. I got a couple gifts for my camera. I got a Cokin gold filter and a Joby Gorillapod SLR-Zoom. I also got a digital photo frame keychain. I've hardly touched my camera in months, so the gifts definitely got me to pull it out and start shooting! In fact, it's been hard for me to put my camera down! It's really great being inspired to take pictures again!
Do you like getting photography gifts for you birthday? Do new camera accessories motivate you to take a lot of photos?

Haha! This is true! Maybe for Christmas, I'll make a separate wishlist just for what my Nikon wants!

Hi frnds,
Just one week ago my birthday was over.
In my birthday i have received so many gifts.In that gift i got a camera gift to me its very nice digital camera.I have taken photos of my frnds and my family,relatives members.It was a memorable day and happy day.

Happy belated birthday! That's great that you got a camera! I got a camera for my birthday 4 years ago- but that was the last time I ever got a camera as a gift! Since then I've bought all my other cameras for myself. I did ask for another camera for my birthday this year, but I didn't get one. Oh well. Maybe I'll get it for Christmas!

Photo gifts definitely motivate me. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who needs some extra motivation sometimes. I really need to start taking more photos again. I just haven't really gone anywhere in quite awhile to even take photos.

Oh Happy Be-lated Birthday to you! Good that you got something useful for your birthday. Well, I think it's great to receive something useful for your birthday and you could actually put that to use. Yes I like new camera accessories too, it does motivate me to shoot more photos. *winks*

Wow that's alot of expensive gifts you got there. But glad your happy wit what you got and you are using ur camera more often...I'm not really into cameras that much. Yea I'll take pictures on occasions and when hanging out wit friends but I very rarely use my camera. I would like to upgrade my digital camera someday but not rite now. I will live wit what I have now.

hell yes! but i never had a gift that is related to a camera. they never want me to become a photographer. they just want to see she me dress in white and start examining peoples' anatomy. i wish that my family is like yours just supportive of the things that you are good at and not push things that they want. if you ask me if it will motivate me... hell yes i will be. just imagine to be in my place. if they give me such a thing it means that finally after many years i can be free. and be the person i want to be not the one they want.
