Have you ever change your work?

I have worked in our company for four years.Recently I feel it's really tedious working here. I just do the same things everyday.There is no challenge no suprise.What the worst is that it seems no chance to make promotion.Should I change my work? In fact I have never change my work.Have you ever change your work? It's good for your development?

hi bily,
I have changed my job twice. And I was thinking that I was bad luck in career. There are many problems in my previous jobs. When I couldn't endure anymore, I decided to leave that company.

Hello,luckyelaine,it's a great pleasure when I open mylot in the morning and see your reply.Thank you very much! Maybe I have got the same feeling with you and think that someting is hard to endure anymore.I am looking for a new chance to make something changed.But the problem is how I can find a good company and manage to become a member of it? It seems I have to do a lot of things to prepare for it.

Yes, it seems that you should have a very good luck to join in a good company and work for a good boss. It's not we can decide but what we can do is to prepare ourselves quite well for that good chance.
