How does Your Watch Run?

Ever since I started wearing a watch they all have run fast. This has been true for wind-up, selfwind and and electric watches. The wind-up and selfwind I could understand since the wind-up was always wound to the full since I tended to that and the selfwind was the same since I moved my wrist a lot which kept it wound at max also. The electric is a little harder to understand since the quartz crystal that was once used and the eletronic chip that is now used should not be affected by such things. But somehow on me watches always gain time. What about you, how do your watches run, slow or fast?

I cannot wear one either. They don't gain time, they just stop. They only last 1 day. No one has an answer to that either.
