Sleepwalking (Somnambulism) - My younger brother is having problem..

Hi, not all of us have this kind of problem but few people do and my younger brother is one among them.He will sometimes just talk or sing his favourite music or walks around in his sleep and now the problem is he is staying in a boys hostel.Usually he just talks in his sleep but few days back he started moving around the room and jump over into somebody else's bed and that poor fellow got so scared.Now, what I am thinking is maybe he needs medical attention.Do you think I should consult any medical professional or counsellor for him?or this is just normal.I am worried since he stays away from home.Please suggest.
