In many families,we see groupism.People tend to quarell with each other to say I am more important than you. Some have more money And some less. Some are more egoistic than the other. Some refuse to attend social gatherings and if they happened to be there ,they find some means to start a quarell and destroys the scene awkwardly. They are unavoidable. You have to take them at any cost. How do you handle them?

I guess that in some families issues and situations like this can be unavoidable. I would probably just have to make the best of it and count my blessings to make it through. It is a shame when families need to fight just to be right or get their point across instead of enjoying each others company. Some families have members that just see each other once or twice a year for certain occasions and they can't even seem to stand one another at those points. If you ask me I think that sometimes adults need to grow up a little.

Thank you for your award of best response. I appreciate it. Sometimes it is hard for families just to get a long even for a little while. It would be nice if families could also just be nice for holidays and get along for the sake of everything else.
