I drink hot tea when i feel tired or headache. I rarely take cold tea.

I've never noticed this myself; I drink tea and I often get headaches, and it doesn't seem to have any effect on my head. Perhaps it depends on what type of headache you have, as another myLotter suggested. When I haven't drank tea for a few days my headaches also don't seem to be any different. I've never heard about tea as a cure for headaches before; the only connection I can make is that in some painkillers (that people would take for headaches), one of the ingredients is caffeine. So maybe the caffeine, rather than the tea itself does have an effect for some people.

It depends on the cause of the headache. When I'm in work (which I'm not at the moment) I have a bad habit of drinking several cups of coffee a day. The trouble with that is that it makes me dependent on the caffeine - if I then go for a day or two without coffee, I get splitting headaches, and the only way to stop it is to have a drink of coffee. Same principle with tea, I expect.

Depends on the type of tea. Sage tea helps you relax and calm down and also helps when dealing with headaches. Also, mint tea combined with a little bit of chamomile helps you get ease up the pain. I've tested this! But it doesn't work for everybody and for any type of headache :)
