Myspace Suicide Mom

Has anyone else been keeping up with this story? The mother who bullied the teen girl on Myspace and then the girl committed suicide. I saw a piece on it on the news earlier and it was the first I had heard about it since it happened. So do you think this woman should get in trouble?

Yes i think she should definately face consequences for the result of her actions.what the heck is wrong with people these days?This woman was a mother herself.I hope she's happy wiht her self.Sounds like great teachings fo rher own children....NOT!

She is an adult...of course she should be punished. Teens get dramatic and emotional. it is part of growing up. This girl was a friend of her daughters and they drifted apart. she knew this girl and her family and knew what buttons to push. She went to great measures to taunt this girl and drive her ...why?,,,,she wanted the girl to feel bad about herself...worse than she already felt. She was mean-spirited and crazy. To be honest, I'd be questioning the welfare of her own daugter given her handling of the situation. I'm a mom and I have seen my girls friends treat them unfairly or at least what appears to me as unfair. It has never occurred to me to lash out at that kid but instead I am here to be a shoulder for my daughter and offer up some advice on dealing with it but never has it occured to me to torment or hurt the kid that emotionally hurt myne. There is something very demented going on in this woman's head.
