Thnx for the info. Anyway, grapes are one of my favourites. I just love munching on them as snacks. The only thing I worry about is their sugar content which I hear is quite high.

yes i agree that grapes content high sugar, but then anything which is too much is not good, so eat in moderate...

Hi perla, i hope what's good for women is also good for men's health ;-) I use to eat grapes, too. They are delicious and sweet. I try to buy the organic grapes because the conventional fruits have lots of pesticides used. So they won't be that healthy to eat, when you get additional some poison. :-( Happy myLotting!
