e-bay banners like that in mylot... how to get it?

I have been trying to find the link in ebay to try and put up something like the rotating banner in mylot on my site, but I could not find anything like it.
I would love to put up something like that.
Any gurus here can help me?
It many not necessarily be an ebay rotator, other auction sites that are popular are welcome as well.
I would love to be able to have such a nice rotator on my site as well.
Any advise on how to get one on my site would be much appreciated.
Please advise.

Yes. I was thinking of it. But I cannot seem to find anything good that is relevant to Singapore.
And ebay being international, it would be good if I could get something like that on my site.
Do you have any thing to recommend?
Best if the recommendation can appeal to an international crowd.
