What is the best thing that has happened to you recently, or that you are looking forward to that will be happening in the near future? I would like to get this discussion going because I know that when I'm looking forward to something or am excited about something that has happened or is going to happen, I feel like shouting it out to the world! I have a couple things going on my life right now, one of which is just a 1 day event that will be over quickly, but the other thing is something more "extended" and more life changing than anything. The first thing I am looking forward to is this Saturday. I live in Nebraska and work at a real estate office. One of the agents for our xmas gift this year is taking the staff (there are 3 staff members in our office) to Kansas City for the day to go to lunch & dinner, and lots of shopping in between! I really don't know what to expect out of it actually - I've never spent time with this agent outside the office, so don't know what she's like. I am just very excited to get out for a day and have no worries! The second thing that has happened in my life recently is that I have "gained a friend" you might say. I've known her for a few months, but the past couple months or so have just come close with her. We've really bonded and found that we have lots in common and have an awesome time when we hang out. I really don't have many CLOSE friends that I can fully trust and rely on, so this truly does mean a lot to me. I just had to get that off my chest :) So if anyone has something they'd like to shout out to the world, here's your chance!
