Powerball / Gyrotwister the best exercise ?

Is it? I use it myself very often and think it is the greatest workout ever. My arms are really getting big. You guys should try it too. I got mine free from an university, and I liked it soo much :P what are your opinions about this? is it great or not? discuss!
