Living in a flat or an independent house? Which is more comfortable?

I hyave lived in a flat for many years and have stay ed in a hugh bungalow too. In a bungalow you feel really nice but the problem is of maintenence. you need a lot of people to maintain it. in a flat you are constrained for space bu tit is mor secure and more compact. just lock on edoor and you can go out without worrying about the security.
What are your views? Do yo prefer to live in a flat or a independent house?

i liked living in a flat but i love a house more.. but i hate having to take care of a yard since i never feel up to it but at least i know i can be as loud as i want at any time of the day or night and not disturb anyone

I never experience to live in the flat, we have our own house or bungalow inside the security subdivision which have 24 hours security. And here too in Uk,we have our own independent house. And we don't worry for security just make sure the dorr is lock.
