What did you do to look young?

Many of us do or used to look younger than our real age. I believe it cannot be due to genetics alone. Most of us are not baby-faced so what did you do that makes people thought you were younger than you actually were? If it was exercise what type(s) of exercise did you carry out? How about your sleep pattern? Did you eat any specific food to arrest aging? Or was there any other thing? I am sure many of us would like to know your 'secrets'. As for me, it was a combination of diet, regular sleep pattern, exercise, and mental attitude.

it's not to look young but to keep your skin healthy. when a person gets older their skin changes which is normal. well the comments i get more recently are like... "wow you look so tired!" =P duh im tired im 5 months pregnant and can't sleep from my back =P

I have regular facials to take care of my skin and have a daily skin regament that I regularly use at all cost. The result is that people think I am yrs younger than I am. It is also about peace of mind so I spiritually feed my soul God's word that shows directly on my face I exercise daily and eat lots of fish, veggies, fruit, and drink plenty of water.I get 9-10 hrs of sleep. I stay on a schedule and have fun hobbies that I do for fun.

I needed to update my old lady look. After all, I am still working and should be retired. sooooooooo I got my really flattering new glasses with transitional lens (I live in a hot country). and then, I got a new haircut - well - it is a haircut in the making so some parts of my hair has to grow longer but I feeel good. Yes, I need to lose weight - but hey - give me a chance and I will get to that too. meanwhile, please scuse me as I need to refresh my lipstick......

Did you succeed in getting rave comments? I live in Malaysia which is a hot country. I drink lots of water to make sure I am not dehydrated which can contribute to an unfavourable skin condition. I usually cover myself up whenever I go out in the sun to slow down wrinkling of the skin.
Thank you for your response.
