Does isabelmarco PTC really pay? What are the other sites that actually pay?

Isabelmarco has lots of ads to click. But it says I only premium members can cashout. I'm thinking about upgrading. Is anyone here paid already by isabelmarco? What are other sites that pay you?

i'm not a member of isabelmarco so i don't know if they really pay. among the sites i've joined, i've been paid by occupex. i'm waiting to get paid by another one and the rest, i haven't reached the minimum payout yet. i'm waiting if my friend will be paid by perfectbux and joinbux. when he gets paid, i'll add those to my sites.

I am looking for that answer too, so thanks for all the answers. I have not reached minimum payout, so i don't want to waste my time on that website now!!!
