Eat less, move more. That simple, just takes a little time. Get a hobby like bike riding, skateboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, anything to get you out and moving. Then stop buying junk food. Simply cutting soft drinks out of your diet and drinking water instead will cause you to lose 10 pounds in about a week.

i forgot which celebrity did this but she used a baby spoon instead of a regular size spoon to eat her food. i eat small portions of food, and sometimes i end up eating like 7 times a day. the portions are the size of my closed fist. you could also stop eating fast food or junk food. No pizza, no fired chicken, no fries (i'm getting hungry). basically no more food that taste good. Exercise daily. join a gym.
