Can we let Big3 go to bankrupt?

If we bail out, they won't fight to survive, if we won't it is a terrible disaster to USA. It is a dilemma.

I don't think bailing them out is the right thing to do. They would probably just mis-use the money. I think they should either let them bankrupt and reorganize since nobody would lose their job. But they could renegotiate with the union and suppliers. Or, they could loan the money to them and have them repay the loan. This might make them think twice about the high salaries they pay out to the CEO's. I was appalled today when I heard what those guys took home last year! One guy said he'd be willing to work for $1 to get his company back up. Another one would cut his in half from over $3 million, and another one, who took over $9 million home last year thought he was doing fine! If the bosses made less and thought more of their company, the companies might not be in such a big bind right now!

What you think may be right, but big 3 is not only big 3. There are a lot of upstream and downstream plants involved. We should be careful.
