how can you spot a phony person?

I think everyone around me is a phony. I don't know why. i just get bad vides from everyone. it's very depressing. Maybe it's just all in my head or maybe i'm right and i can't trust anyone.

Sometimes its easy and sometimes its hard. They will try too hard to give something or tell u something that they dont get right to the point. They try to sell something and they try to do it to quick and if they say they have all this and brag and talk the talk then turn around and try to get something from u.
