People used to tell that, eating the Fruits are good for health, that means that, the inbuild sugar is also good for health know.. So, the ordinary people those who can able to eat the fruits doesn't get affected to everyone's health, it will always help to improve their health.. Unless otherwise, if you have been suffered by any of the diecesses, and if the doctors are advised not to take some of the fruits, which will give you a ulta effect to your health... by this time, you can avoid those fruits in those times.. For example, those who affected by the Sugar, the doctors are advised them to not take the "Banana", So, they can avoid to take the banana, this will help them to keep their good health.. Have a good day.

Natural fruit sugar is no better for you healthwise than any other form of sugar. The only thing which makes it better is the fact that it comes inside the fruit which you have to eat to get it. So in addition to the sugar, you get vitamins, minerals and fiber you need as well. With the granulated sugar out of the sugar bowl, you obviously don't get that benefit. The sugar in the fruit is not in a form used by the body and requires some work on the part of the body to convert it to the glucose it does use, but in the end, whether the sugar comes from fruit, honey, corn, or the sugar bowl, or some other source, the body uses it exactly in the same manner. Too much of it turns into fat, too much over time raises your risk of diabetes, and too much at one time will leave you fatigued in an hour or so when your blood sugar nose dives. So if it's a sugar craving you have, the apple is better than the soda- but in the end, the sugar is all the same.
