Do you mind the noise your neighbors make?

A quiet environment is good to our study and sleep,some doctors say that quiet environment is contribute to our health.Your neighbor is listening to music,which is very loud,when you are going to have a rest.Do you mind it?I think every will say"Yes",for it makes us can't fall asleep.
I think most of us have came accross such questions,then what will you do?

I usually get up at 7.30 but one of my neighbours sometimes shouts and screams at her daughter at 7am which wakes me up ughh but apart from that my neighbours don't make too much noise!

Our only adjacent neighbours do make pretty much of noise.
The only catch is that they are invisible.
If you wish to read furher, then it was our own house into which We have moved only recently. The area manager told us that our neighbor problem shall never be because no one yet had applied for it.
It was my hubby , who noticed the strange sounds one day when the share program on the cable tv switched off automatically.
He was trying to put our daughter to sleep when h noticed that she was curling unusually around him tightly.I had gone to my father's house for a day.
When he summarised sounds to me, he said that the sounds were just like a saw cutting through something, pitter patter of children and continuous moving of furniture. The manager refuted that any kind of maintenance work was not going onan that leave adults, even kids could not have entered the premises.
So, now we can only listen and have noone to complaint to.
