they say the best things in life are free, so what are these?

Fresh air and sunshine are amongst the best things in life that are free. Family and friendship are special and are free. It is superb that the world has such varied scenery. Just outside my home is stunning countryside and I love to take my dogs out for walks across the fields. It is free to walk along my local town pier. I love to see the stunning coastal scenery. There is an excellent library full of books to borrow free of charge.

For me those best thing are simple the fulfillment that you can get every time you made a bonding with all your loved ones. It is those laughters, smiles, and lessons learned in life which cannot be compared to any other thing. We all know that money is not that powerful for money cannot buy happiness nor true love.

Everyone has their own idea of what the 'best things' are but surely the love of family and friends, the joy of being alive and being able to breathe good air, walk in nature and things like that must figure somewhere in most people's lists. I once read that it is a good idea to write down a list of your 'blessings'. If you can't manage at least 20, then you should seriously take a look at what is wrong with your life. You should keep this list handy and read it every morning and every evening and give thanks that you are loved.

Smile of your baby, hug of a loved one on meeting after a long long time, blessings of parents, special memoris…no investment in any of these, but life wouldn’t be as we know it, without any of these and they don’t need any investment.
