I got funds!

Hi friends. I just got $15 in my paypal account. The mail has come to my from payperpost and it says, its due to a referral. I am confused. Can anyone help me.

Hi ! I too joined the site but till date could not understand where to start from can you help regarding this .They first want to check then approve but I dont know what to write.Kindly help me . Bye
