Organic Garden Class

A local community college has a continuing education class for organic gardening starting in February. I am going to sign up for it. I cannot wait! I know most of the stuff but it is so much better to get hands on experience! I hope it turns out good and I learn lots of new and different things! Has anyone ever joined a class such as this? Tell me about your experiences please.
