How much weight is allowed to be taken with you on airlines?

I know it around 20 Kilograms but i am not sure. I want different views so i can exactly know the average weight a person can taken with him/her.

hello! i think it differs with different airlines... if you happen to have cathay pacific.. from dubai its 35 kilos...
