Paid to Click sites are odd - but this ad on one was REALLY odd!!!

I was clicking on a PTC site and I do read what I click on - 90% of the time or if I know I haven't already read the ad, although I don't read the title of the ad, just skim to see if any X rated ads are there and not click on them, but I didn't read the title of this ad and when i clicked on it, it took me to a blank page that had only this typed in red at the top...... 07Bux.net is temporaly closed because our alertpay account has been blocked because of you... Many members made complains against 07Bux.net on their alertpay account, so AlertPay Team has decided to block our account. We will send an email to them in the next hours... That's it. Why would something like that be paid for to be postd on another PTC site? I can see if it was on their own site , but another site and I got paid by that site to read it? I did check my balance and I did get paid to read that one... what gives? I cashed out 2 months ago, almost 3, adn have not received payment, but I myself didn't email them or Alertpay as just after I cashed out I heard they took a dump so I didn't bother with it anymore. So what's the deal? And I guess we all know now why we are not getting paid!

I was just looking at 07Bux-forum.net, the official forum of 07bux, looks like they are having problems alright. I think he has bought it on himself, but expecting people to withdraw thier chargeback at alertpay is asking a bit too much considering his recent performance with his site.

I cashed out on it while back and have not gotten paid. Then the site went down. Then another 07bux site opens, and it at least wasn't the same as I couldn't log in - adn I had heard they just opened another one, named it the same and left the old on in the dust...guess no chance of my cash out now for sure!

Same thing happened to me. Didn't signup again after they reopened. Figured one lost payout was enough.
