I have heard that, drinking 1.26 litres of water early in the morning in an empty stomach cures most of the diseases.I gave a try once and Oh! I have to urinate often in small intervals. But I noticed my cold on that time getting less.Drinking the specified limit is just tedious to do in the starting.Somehow I stopped it.Probably I had to be out of station often and I would not be running for toilets.Have you heard of this water therapy and used to it?

I have heard of it, but the amount was not specified still I'd never try such a crazy idea. One glass of water in the morning is enough. If you think about it you are taking an internal bath so much water

Water therapy is good for health my sister used to do it from several years. If you are facing trouble with drinking water early in the morning then you start drinking glass to the 1.26 litres then it can be easier for you. At starting you often get urine after some time it probably decreases. It was a good habit to do water therapy don't stop it.

it is not 1.26 litres i suppose. i read it as 4 glasses of water everyday in the morning as soon as you get up. this is a japenese method and cures so many diseases. the list also included gastric problem. recently i had treatment for gastric problem but did not get complete cure. the problem came back once i stopped the medicines. then i decided to give this water therapy a try as it costs me nothing. i tried consuming 3 glasses of water for a week and not i feel better. might be i will have to work on improving it to 4 glasses in the near future. try it and you will believe it. and before that u have to understand that you are not doing anything that can give you side effects or problems. addition water helps easy clearance of bad and unwanted material from the body and thus paves way for better living. all the best.
