whay is paypal is not available in my country?

I think mylot cant do anything about this. It’s a policy of Paypal of not operating in certain countries, the reasons for which are not know to me. But if you are using Paypla, then maybe you should contact both Mylot and Paypal on this and clear out matters. Regarding moneybookers, however mylot has recently stopped sending money to moneybookers account, so pls check this out with them.
