help!!!! help me install a pdf computer program!

i need to download a reimbursement form from a health insurance company, but my problem is, the file format is PDF and i don't have a program on that so it will not display on my computer. can you help me find a good website where i can download/install a free software/program so i can read PDF files, i would appreciate if you could give me an idea, and please recommend sites that is virus free. hear from you.
