My son won't stay out of trouble any advice?

My son is constantly getting in trouble at school. He is 8yrs old and got suspended today. I have tried every method I know but he continues to do these things. Any advice?

What kinds of things is he doing? I agree with the other poster. We can't help give you ideas if we do not know what he is doing the he is getting into trouble.

What is he doing? I can't help you if I don't know what the situation is. Is he fighting? Talking to much? What have you tired? Have you talked to the school about it? What about the school counsler? Or an outside professional? What about his doctor??
