It means, little ^_^ I dunno how the word comes about, and it's quite popular among the westerners ^_^ hehe.. People tend to use words like "tad" on occasion and others just don't know what they mean because they aren't used that often. That is the problem with the English language. We just have way too many words too use and it just gets too confusing. There were so many other words to use that you would have easily known instead of confusing you.
