Survivor Week 9 Discussion. Warning Spoilers if you have not seen it.

Never before have I ever seen a blind side so meticulously carried out. And the best part is that Randy was Feeding into it and had no clue. Sugar outwitted Randy by far. I was speechless watching the vote. Crystal gets up there and does not whisper who she voted off, she PROCLAIMED it from the mountaintop. The looks on Randy’s face and Corrine were priceless. They were SO sure that they had it in the bag and then BOOM! “This is not the hidden immunity idol” Kudos to Bob. One of the best fake Idols ever. Awesome, awesome tribal.
Kenny may not be the brightest after all
I give Kenny credit. He is playing the game full force and is indeed and threat as he showed in the challenge last night. But I do not think that he will live to the final 2. Sugar is the only other one playing the game as hard as he and there is no way she could win unless Kenny is gone. I think she will blind side him in the near future.
And then there were 7
Sugar, Kenny, Corrine, Crystal, Bob, Suzie and Mattie. Let me start by laying out the alliances. You have Kenny and Crystal who seem to be pretty tight. I think Sugar and Bob may be forming an alliance. Suzie would probably follow along with Kenny and Crystal where I see Mattie jumping in with Sugar and Bob. Now Corrine just needs to win immunity or she is gone.
What would I do - Sugar?
This week I have added segment call what would I do. If I Sugar in the game I would think hard about getting rid of Kenny. They are, for the most part, well liked and very competitive. Crystal has a mouth but that just means she is the PERFECT one to take to the final 2. I would align with Bob and Mattie and pull Corrine in for 1 vote. Vote out Kenny and if not Crystal (Because Suzie or Crystal would be great to go against I nthe final 2) to break up that alliance. Then after that vote I would use the immunity idol guaranteeing me in the final 5 and vote Corrine off leaving, me, Bob, Mattie, Crystal and Suzie. Next would be Crystal or Suzie, then Mattie, then it would be Sugar, Bob and Crystal or Suzie. Vote Bob off leaving you with Crystal or Suzie. Then you win 1 million dollars.

Wasn't that the greatest blindside! Crystal isn't my favorite, but when she made her vote and voiced her opinions very loud it was priceless.
I really hope that Bob and Sugar can pull someone in with them. I think that Matty is starting to get on everyones nerves, so he may be gone quicker than you think.
I like your plan for Sugar to win, but you have to remember what happens to the best laid plans....

That was the best blind side EVER!!
Matty is getting a little bold, but what I like about Sugar is that everyone still thinks that they are controlling her, but really she has stayed in control the whole time.
With 7 people left I think Corrine or Crystal may be next. I think Bob, making that deal with Sugar, may have saved himself for at least a few rounds.
They really need to break of the 4 (Kenny, Crystal, Suzie and Matty) Otherwise she won't have a chance.

If Sugar and Bob grab Matty and Corrine to get rid of Kenny, then they have it till the end! They can eventually get rid of the others, but I think Kenny is a big threat in the game.

Corrine needs to go next. I have already daydreamed out the PERFECT way for Miss Prissiness to go, too! But, I don't want to ruin it by discussing it! *LOL*

I haven't watched all of them so I really dont know how Randy was, but I did see that one and I personally thought that was the meanest thing to do. I don't like surgar either so I wouldn't have minded to see her go. I do have to say it was a mean thing to do but it is a game for lots of money and people will do anything for it.

You really would have had to seen the whole season to get a feel for randy. I used to like randy, but he just turned ultra nasty. My philosophy is this: If you're going to be nasty, expect a blindside.

I know what you mean. You would have had to see Randy in action. *LOL* I have conflicted feelings as you can see in another post that I made. He may have deserved it, but Sugar may regret laughing SO hard and being SO mean about it. Talk about alienating potential Juror votes! Especially if Charlie and Marcus vote the same way as Randy being that they were all once "Onions" together! That's THREE votes that she won't be getting due to her excessive rubbing it in! *LOL*

Boy howdy, yes Randy got his comuppance! He SO deserved to be voted off!!And how it happened, boy it couldn't have happened to a "nicer" person! That was classic!! You go Bob!!!!
Previews said that Bob says he has the idol that Marcus threw into the ocean - guess that could have happened, but I wonder if he made another idol at Exile Island and is trying to pull the trick again! Good for him is he does and he pulls it off again!!! Hopefully on Corrine! She had a mouth and attitude to match Randys and they need to go!
I watched on the Ponderosa videos that Randy is saying he is so glad to be voted off - (yeah right) and those people left are just loosers (he is the one without a chance at the million dollars, but they are the loosers?) And those people are just stupid -( he was blindsided by all of them but they are stupid?)
His attitude got the best of him and he is so embaressed and it shows on him like a beaming light!
I think the final two should be Bob and Sugar... those two are the only ones that deserve it!

We only know what we see and when we only see Randy being the biggest jerk and instigator ever - that is what we know him as...whether he is or not. I just dont' see why those personalities think they will survive? Everyone gets tired of being called names and griping at everyone and being a disgusting pain to all... that alone is reason to vote someone off - "get that attitude out of our camp so we can do better" or since all he does is rile people up - seems they'd all want him gone so they don't have to worry about what he is saying about them to others!
But for him to sit there and say the remaining survivors are stupid and loosers - and he is just having so much fun - it is obvious he is out of his wits with anger that the high and might Randy got not only voted off, but the way it happened! Hit that ego really hard!
But now, with him on the jury - Sugar and Bob and Crystal won't get his vote if any of those are final 2. That is just not right. THey outwitted him - now he makes them pay. The game is "out wit, out play, out last" if he doesn't vote for them because of how they outwitted him, he reallay is the loose he is showing himself to be, albeit denying it.

Wow you are involved! I really don't care that much - it is just a show! I watched Randy's talkings on the CBS Survivor Ponderosa web site. That's where he called them loosers and stupid - amongst times on the show.
I know Marcus had a few things to say, but really, until just probably last weeks show or maybe the week before I lost track of who was who as they switched tribes so much, and I never bother to "pick a favorite" until about now anyway. I just root for a team if I get the urge and one of them pulls up from the bottom.

*LOL* I want Corrine gone yesterday! *LOL* I wanted her gone BEFORE Randy! I wanted her gone BEFORE Charlie! *LOL* Actually, Marcus was more of a condescending jerk in his post-game interviews than anybody else. I can't even repeat some of it. It's just total sore loser attitude and he comes off sounding totally bitter and stupid. I actually believe that Randy didn't have the money as a *primary* motivation (of course, everybody WANTS the million, else why go?) But only one person will win it, and some people really mean it when they say they were happy for the experience. Randy applied like 15 or 17 times, so he really is just happy to have made it. By the way, I'm not defending or condoning Randy's behavior on the show on any way. I just happen to know more than most viewers about why, and he actually has a human side on the show that we never saw. Anyway. For pure TV purposes, it was the best way to go. And I hope that Corrine goes home next week the VERY same way! It would be like Micronesia all over again! Ozzy going home without playing the HII, Jason doing the same 1 week later, and then Erik GIVES UP his Immunity Necklace only to get voted out! *LOL* And the season before in China, James goes home with TWO unused HII's in his pocket! *LOL* But yeah. It was hilarious when poor Jason who idolized Ozzy went home in the EXACT SAME WAY in the EXACT SAME MANNER of blindside exactly 1 week after it happened to Ozzy! 
And to think that Corrine could possibly get tricked by Bob with a real-looking FAKE HII exactly ONE week after Randy does! The only difference is that I have thoroughly DESPISED Corrine from Day One and my laughter at her dismissal would surely be earned! I can't believe that we have to wait another week to see what goes down! *long suffering sigh* :-)

I saw it last night too and I was HOWLING WITH JOY[i][/i][u][/u] that old
Randy is GONE BABY,... HE IS GONE!! That was just BRILLIANT TOO!!!
He was so dang sure that he had the idol thanks to old Bob, and KUDO'S to Bob
for making such a great one!! That poor man needs some food and fast he is going
to blow away!!
I'm surprised Sugar is still there but then she is a lot smarter than I first
gave her credit for;
and another triumphant moment yes was when Crystal was shouting from her lungs
just what she thought of Randy while writing her VOTE! SO DAMMMMNN FUNNY!!!
They need an ( evil laughter) sound on here...LOL!! Can't wait to see what happens next week that's for sure, Oh Crap, will it be on Wednesday then or still
on Thursday?? Since Thursday is Thanksgiving?? AARgghhh!!!

I was laughing so hard I was crying! It almost seems mean now. But, oh well, not really. Bob rules. Sugar is awesome. She could last a while longer or even win. Crystal's non-whispering vote ruled my world! *LOL* Yeah, Bob needs some food for sure. The Previews just said "Next time on Survivor", it didn't say Wednesday instead of Thursday or anything like that. The Previews showed Bob telling somebody (either Sugar or Corrine?) that when they threw the HII into the ocean at the feast, that Marcus didn't really throw it, he faked it and kept it with him. And then hid it at camp? And told Bob where it was? So now Bob is saying that he has THAT Idol, which IS real. Or something like that. *LOL* Yep, it was a great "Survivor" last night! :-)

Yeh, what was that about the idol being thrown into the ocean? Sugar has the idol so how could someone else have thrown it into the ocean? Is there another fake floating around out there? Or, what I was thinking that was about was that Bob was covering his butt making it look like he really thought his idol was the real thing and that Marcus or whoever it was tricked him into believing it was real. That is what I was thinking. So far as I know, he only told Sugar that the idol he had was fake and that he made it. So maybe he was just making up a story to make the others believe he thought it was real when he gave it to Randy. He would not want his rivals to think he is that devious now would he?

Well, Marcus supposedly did not really throw that Idol from the feast into the ocean. Instead he hid it at camp somewhere and only told Bob where it was. Hmm... I definitely think that Bob is going to pretend that he thought his fake idol was real. *LOL* That is my best guess. :)

Yep, it was brilliant. Randy just walked right into it. Crystal's non-whispering vote was FABULOUS! Bob's Idol was amazingly real looking. I am not sure about Kenny. If he gets too arrogant, he may be gone soon. Sugar could easily win now. Maybe. Hopefully Corrine WON'T win Immunity, because I DO want her gone! Yeah, Crystal is a good one to take to the Final 2. Your plan sounds plausible. I can't wait to see how it all plays out!

Whoever takes crystal to the final 2 will win. hands down. No doubt in my mind. If Sugar makes the final 2 I don't think she can loose except maybe to Bob. Suzie will not win either unless it is between Crystal and Suzie.
I can't wait to see what happens next week. I think Bob is going to try to cover his tracks. We'll see how well he does with that. I thought it was great that he didn't vote for Randy. that makes him look innocent in all of this.

Yep, Crystal will lose to anybody. Sugar will win against everybody except maybe Bob. I agree with you about Susie, too. :)
Bob is definitely going to try to cover his tracks. Yep, that is the exact reason that he voted for Susie. He can say that he stayed true to his alliance.
