i heard a lot of people saying learn form your past mistakes but do we really learn from it or do we keep on repeating the same mistakes all over again? was there a time that you committed the same mistake without learning from it the first time. what would this be? are you a fast learner or you have to be strike by the lightning twice for you to learn.

The only way to prevent making a mistake a second time is to learn. If you don't you will be making that same mistake again and again until you do learn. Some mistakes are lethal. Some just cost you money or friends. Some are inconsequential and could be ignored. Personally I set alarms in my head to help me recognize the next time. Worked for me

I've always made sure to learn atleast one thing from a mistake that I might make. What is the point of screwing up if you are not going to learn from it, and just go back out and screw up again? No point at all. I think that it is important to learn from mistakes.

I know that I try to learn from my mistakes, but sometimes depending upon what it is and how habit forming it is...sometimes it takes time to move past things and stop doing it.
