Walking,jogging,exercise,yoga-what do you do in the morning?

Do you get up from bed early in the morning for doing the activities above said.Do you do it out of habit or you started one out of doctor's advice or for simply health care.I went cycling for a short period and I just cant continue for various reasons.Then I tried to do exercises and yoga at home for a short period as my father insisted upon.But due to my lack of time(I know it is not an axcuse) I skip my exercises.I am eager to know what keeps you to go on with your morning activities?

I started working at our local YMCA a couple months ago so I get a free membership for one of the fringe benefits. I have been going up and walking and toady decided to take one of the exercise classes I really liked it and I am going to try some new ones out.

I do my exercises every day when I go to work. I love walking except when its raining, (like today for ex.) and usually I take a deep breath starting slowly, filling my thorax, and walk a bit and then release the air slowly. Its quite refreshing. Best regards, Octavian
