I am Surprise because the look of my friend change A Lot!!!

well, sometimes people do change their personalities either by someone's influence or they change by themselves because they need a change... people change themselves for a lot of reasons... for example, they thought of themselves that they aren't better then other people in terms of beauty, education, thinking, looks, character, speech, listening, style, fashion and etc... some of my secondary school mates also did the same thing... they changed a lot than they were before... it's like how you were when you were child... so innocent... and after you grown older, you seems to know a lot of stuffs and you gain more maturity... its the same thing... what you guys think?

yes, It is very possible to have a new look. Specially you are only checking the pictures? Many times, Personal appearance is different from pictures. There are people who are not that pretty in personal but in the picture they look very pretty. That is what they call Photogenic. Pictures can deceive someone. But maybe your friend had a total make over? That's just very easy when you have money to pay for the beauticians who can help people to have a new look.

It is often surprising when we hardly identify our friends because of their new looks. With my batchmates, I am not surprise to see them bigger than the usual size they have during our school years. Yet it is still surprising when they change look like from miss beauty to miss witchy hehehe. But some maintained their looks, but doubled their weight. And very few maintained weights, but have improved in looks.

Is she come to the medical therapy which can make her a better look through medicine or operation? I don't know.
