Company that u enjoy during Travel

A long distance travel becomes easier if u have a company....at least some people say so. I have always preferred to travel alone...What company would you prefer for a long distance traveling...your family, friends or alone???

If it's a short trip, I don't mind going alone...actually i prefer it that way as i can watch TV, do some homework, sleep, or just chill.
For longer trips company would definately be nice. Especially if it's somewhere I haven't been before. Even an acquantence would be fine, two heads are better than one. :)

I have no such special preference of company,but I think I enjoy most when I am with my friends during a travel.I also love to be with my family members when we all go out.I feel bored when I travel,that's why I carry my ipod whenever I travel alone.
