Since my husband has been gone I have dropped about 10lbs. Just from changing how I eat and hitting the gym 1-2 a week for an hour. I really don't want to loose anymore weight, really didn't have to loose any to begin with. I do need to tone up still primarily my butt and legs. I do work out on the elliptical machine on the "glut" option and it has helped. I also use the weight machine that is suppose to help with the same areas. On my off days I do a few squats. I try not to do too many of those though since my knee acts up sometimes. What else can I do?

You lost 10 lbs by your husband being gone? Wow, maybe I should kick my husband out for a while..J.K....What about the leg/glut exercises you can do by lying on the floor. There legs lifts you can do and for the gluts, you can do the pelvic tilt which is good..

You can't just kick him out LOL Well I guess you can LOL When he was home he would sleep a handful of hours + he snores! I got like no sleep every night, now I sleep all night. i am int bed by 11:30 every night (if not before), I sleep at least 6 hours. I eat on a different schedule and I do the 6 small meals a day thing on days when I actually want to eat. Plus I am under a ton of stress! Just the sleep has helped out so much though. Right now I am 127 and I want to get down to 125. Lower if I can but I am afraid if I drop below 125 I will be too skinny and he will pitch a fit. Of course I just got a letter from him and I am worried. He was221 , the dropped down to 193 to be able to leave and he was getting that too thin/sickly look. He says he is down to 180 and the veins are sticking out of his arms. Do they not feed people at boot?

Wow, I would love to be at 130 myself.. As for if they are feeding your husband? Yeah, they are, not just your good cooking..

Well if your knee gets aggrevated then I guess suggesting lunges isn't going to work either. However, I think maybe you should try some pilates exercises for the butt and legs. A lot of mat exercised from pilates include squeezing and holding your muscles.. and repeat.. it helps to tone up! Ill try to find a link of what i'm talking back and let you know! :)
