What is the key to making money with PTC sites?

I always here people talking about how much money they make with PTC sites. I've also seen proof of people making quite a lot (hundreds/month). However, every PTC I've joined has only made me a few cents at most. So what's the secret to actually profiting from PTC sites? Do they only work if you buy an "upgraded" or "premium" membership? Also, in your opinion, what's the best PTC site(s) to join? Share your success stories.

I'm not a big fan of PPC sites, to be honest. I prefer to make money through proper Internet business. But, personally, I think Neobux is the best PPC site to join. It's convenient, it's trustworthy, and it pays instantly. I can't guarantee you on its trustworthiness though, anything can happen in the future right. A lot of PPC sites do end up being scams. But if you want my opinion, I think Neobux has got to be the best one I know of.

I wasn't a big fan of thenm either, but a lot of people think they're a pretty decent oppurtunity. What would you consider to be a more proper internet business?
